About Felicia.

Prior to joining the Quest team, I dedicated twenty-four years to Ameritech/AT&T, where I began in 1995. Over my tenure, I held various roles, including Service Lead for a team of 22 specialists, managing U.S. Government accounts like the White House and IRS, as well as overseeing major corporate accounts across the Midwest.

Before my career in telecommunications, I gained thirteen years of hands-on experience in the healthcare sector, serving as a Nephrology Technician, Burn Unit Technician, and Pharmacy Intravenous Clinician.

As a married "empty nester", I enjoy an active lifestyle filled with travel, bowling, dancing, golf, and roller skating—embracing each day with energy and enthusiasm!
